Charlotte Hart has been a registered nurse for over 40 years. Her focus for the last 10 years has been vascular access nursing, as a clinical educator and provider within multiple large acute care hospitals in the United States. She is currently the nurse manager for Dynamic Access in Seattle, Washington.
Ms. Hart is passionate about nursing as a profession, encouraging and supporting advanced education and professionalism from her teams. She is also a strong patient advocate who enjoys working in the patient care setting to promote excellent patient care, outcomes, and a healthy work environment.
Ms. Hart is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice at Aspen University with expected completion in April 2024. She has published articles related to implementing technology in vascular access. She has spoken at regional and national conferences on topics of peripheral intravenous technology implementation to advance practice and improve patient outcomes.
