Max Holder resides in Dallas Texas and has 29 years of nursing experience in Emergency Nursing, Corporate Compliance, and Infusion Therapy/Vascular Access. He is the nurse manager of the Vascular Access Team and Acute Care Hemodialysis Unit at Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) University Medical Center in Dallas Texas. He serves as a clinical expert for the BSWH CLABSI Eradication Program and the Chairman of the BSWH Vascular Access System Council. He served two terms as Director-at-Large on the Infusion Nurses Society board of directors from 2014 to 2019 and is the immediated past President for the INS board.
