Caitlin serves as the RN Program Coordinator for the Vascular Access Team at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. With 7 years of pediatric and neonatal vascular access experience, Caitlin is passionate about quality improvement initiatives, specifically PIV-E reduction and vessel preservation, as well as providing high quality individualized patient care. Caitlin consistently seeks to advance a culture of multidisciplinary teamwork to achieve best patient outcomes. Caitlin maintains her certification as a nationally registered paramedic as well as her vascular access board certification (VA-BC).
