Sandell Reichard has been working in the vascular access and infusion nursing workspace for over 20 years beginning with the pediatric oncology arena and then moved into the full range of ages spectrum. I have been with Kaiser Permanente since 2009 and have worked closely with providers across the continuum of care. As an advocate for best practice in all care settings in our organization and as a clinical leader in the Home Infusion program specifically I focus on the patient is my prime motivation.
