Kacey has a diverse clinical background in pediatrics culminating in her current role with the Vascular Access Service at Boston Children’s Hospital. Kacey specializes in neonatal PICC insertion education and is actively involved in professional development, clinical advancement, and dissemination throughout the enterprise. Her current research centers on reducing catheter failure in neonates and pediatrics. Kacey is passionate about inclusivity for patients on the autism spectrum and advocating for vessel preservation through patient experience optimization. She is the AVA DTeam Chair and the chair-elect for the PediNeoSIG Executive Leadership Committee.
