Joanne Dalusung, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC, VA-BC, CCRN-K, has been an advanced practice provider for nine years and a nurse for 30 years. She has practiced in adult and pediatric intensive nursing care for 11 years and vascular access specialty. Her current APP role is as a proceduralist in a cancer hospital. She performs centrally inserted central catheter insertions, implanted port and tunneled catheter removals, paracentesis, and lumbar puncture in ambulatory and inpatient settings. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in August 2022 from The University of Texas at Arlington. For almost twenty years, Joanne devoted her clinical practice to cancer patients providing the best care while striving for excellence. She advocates and promotes specialty certification.
