Dr. Nisha Gupta is a R&D Director at Arrow/Teleflex Vascular division. For last 19 years at Teleflex, her primary focus has been on developing technologies that can minimize infectious and thrombotic complications related to vascular access devices. Nisha and her team were responsible for developing the well-known antimicrobial catheters from Teleflex with the Arrowgard blue antimicrobial technologies. Nisha has close to 50 patents and has been actively presenting her research in journal articles as well as at national and international conferences on topics related to antimicrobial and antithrombogenic catheter technologies. Nisha works from the Teleflex Wyomissing location in Pennsylvania.
