Karen Mueller

Karen Mueller started her career as a Registered Nurse gaining experience in several front-line patient care settings including vascular access. After Nursing, she moved into Medical sales to learn the financial side of healthcare which led her to the startup of SterileCare, a medical device company.
Karen also serves as a member of the Canadian Antimicrobial Innovation Coalition to help protect Canadians from the dangerous rise in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). She is CVAA certified, served on the Canadian Vascular Access Association Board of Directors and was a steering committee member in the development of the 2019 Canadian Vascular Access and Infusion Therapy Guidelines.
