Pediatric midlines are still an understudied area. This retrospective review will look at over seven years of data from midline catheters placed by a vascular access team in a large tertiary pediatric medical center. In this retrospective review beginning June 2016 through June 2023, nearly 900 midline catheters will be review for comparison concerning device and insertion costs, complication rates, and dwell times.
